Ceylon Guardian Investment Trust PLC
Ceylon Guardian Investment Trust PLC (CGIT) is the investment arm of Carson Cumberbatch PLC, a diversified conglomerate listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange that is also into plantations, oils & fats, brewing and leisure sector in Sri Lanka and South East Asian region. With strategic and actively managed portfolios giving an AUM over LKR 30 Billion, CGIT is recognized as the largest listed investment company in the Colombo Stock Exchange. The fund objective is to invest for long-term capital growth and consistent above market returns while effectively managing risk.

The company’s’ business span across multiple asset classes comprising listed equity, private equity and fixed income investments carried out through subsidiary and joint venture companies. The portfolios comprise equity stakes in some of Sri Lanka's most successfully run, listed, blue chip companies that have been built up for future value creation; as well as an actively traded portfolio to capitalise on short term market opportunities.

Acuity Partners (Pvt) Ltd is a full service investment-banking firm equally owned by DFCC Bank and HNB PLC. It is the only integrated investment bank in Sri Lanka that offers a comprehensive suite of products and services including Fixed Income Securities, Stock Brokering, Corporate Finance, Margin Trading, Asset Management and Venture Capital Financing. It was created through the consolidation of all Corporate Finance, Equities and Fixed Income Securities activities of the two banks under the umbrella of Acuity Partners (Private) Limited. HNB and DFCC
